It`s always a bit of a difficult decision! Ideally, we say; wait until you are finished having children before having surgery. For you though, a mini abdominoplasty to address the bulge above your Caesar scar, and some flank liposuction could help.
It would not stop you having more pregnancies. The skin will stretch again, but that reserves your full abdominoplasty and muscle repair, if you need it, for after your last pregnancy.
